Our mission at Fit Momz Fit Kidz is to bring Health and Fitness to the whole family.

We produced the Fit Momz Fit Kidz exercise DVD to give moms a way to get started on their health and fitness journey. It can be done at home either with your children or by yourself. We recommend including your children to begin teaching them that exercise can be fun from a young age and helping them incorporate it into their lifestyle.

The DVD contains 4 different workouts. The workouts don’t require any fancy equipment-just you, your kids and your DVD.
